What is Imsta Festa?
Join us at IMSTA FESTA Toronto on Saturday, October 21, at TMU – Rogers Communication Centre. We have a lineup of industry elites ready to share their experience and invaluable information on creating better music, what to do with it once you’ve produced it, and how to monetize your art. IMSTA FESTA is a celebration of music skill, allowing you to explore some of the most sought-after music creation tools on the market. You can also attend master classes on mixing, production, the music business, and more.
Also, don’t miss the IMSTA FESTA Toronto Song Reviews, which will occur between 2 and 4 pm. This is on a first-come-first-served basis, so please remember to bring your song on a headphone-compatible device. A reviewer will listen to your music and provide valuable feedback. Exceptional pieces will be awarded a “Wild Card,” granting automatic entry to the final round of the IMSTA Songwriting Competition. Admission to IMSTA FESTA Toronto is FREE, and the first 100 visitors are greeted with a FREE breakfast at 10:30 AM.

Noah ’40’ Shebib will be the Keynote speaker for IMSTA FESTA Toronto 2023! Noah Shebib, better known by his stage name 40, is a Canadian record producer from Toronto, Ontario. He has played a significant role in the success of his close friend Drake, having produced all of his albums since his 2007 mixtape Comeback Season. 40 is known for his down-tempo, atmospheric, and ambient production style. 40 is the co-founder of Drake’s label OVO Sound.
Join IMSTA (Intl. Music Package Trade Assoc.) and Toronto Metropolitan University (Formerly Ryerson University) as they host IMSTA FESTA. A celebration of music skills packed with Boards, Workshops & Master Classes, Song Critiques, Protests, and more. Hosting industry experts in a setting where music-makers can network, interrelate, and learn. In with each other face-to-face, this yearly one-day event is not to be wasted. IMSTA FESTA is a FREE event open to everybody in the music-making community: professional and semi-professional choirs, songwriters, music producers, audio engineers, music students, and educators.
Imsta Expands Imsta Festa
The International Music Software Trade Connotation (IMSTA) is increasing its annual IMSTA FESTA music technology events by adding IMSTA FESTA Miami, which will host on Feb. 25 by the SAE Organization Miami in North Miami Beach, Florida. Free to all listed attendees, It will feature high-profile panelists, top-skill exhibitioners, master classes, professional song reviews, and the organization’s popular global song competition.“
This new IMSTA FESTA event allows us to show end users in Miami’s dynamic music public a host of skills from businesses of all sizes,” said Ray Williams, managing manager at IMSTA. “We teach musicians composers, producers, and others in the industry about how they can use this skill to make great music and about the impact and importance of buying the skill they use. The IMSTA Expert Panel Series at FESTA Miami will feature expert industry leaders who bring a fresh viewpoint on music production and the industry.

One of our primary missions is to change piracy behavior by educating consumers about the adverse effects of software piracy. IMSTA hosts FESTA throughout the world, a one-day celebration of music technology. The goal is to encourage the legal use of software and to educate the end-users on the adverse effects of software piracy. This is done via Professional Panels, Seminars/Workshops, Masterclasses, and company exhibits.
Imsta Festa Seoul
Join us for this year’s edition of Seoul, which takes place on October 4 at Nodeul Island. The Bitwig booth will be in Nodeul Gallery 2, where our local team from Gearlounge will be standing by to provide demos of the new features in version 5. Entry to IMSTA is free.
Bitwig Certified Trainer and music producer Ho-Jung Kang will also host a one-hour masterclass at focused on Composing and Sound Design with Bitwig Studio. Ho-Jung Kang will introduce creative sound-design techniques using The Grid, our new MSEGs, and other Bitwig Studio 5 modulation’s latest features. The masterclass will be held in Korean.

IMSTA FESTA is a festivity of music technology that is free to attend and open to the public. The event attracts music makers of all levels and genres, and it offers attendees the opportunity to network. In with other artists, participate in workshops and panels. And also, If see the latest music technology from some of the largest brands in the industry. “We are excited to be hosting FESTA once again this year,” says James Kapitan, Campus Director at SAE Institute Chicago. “Not only does this event offer our students great networking and learning opportunities. If but it also allows us to showcase our campus to the community of music makers.”
